This book is great for everyone in business. Talk about learning so much in how to understand people and yourself, and just become conscious. The best is I listened to this book through Amazon’s Audible in the car and the author himself narrates it. Fred Kofman has a great voice to listen to and since they are his words it is like having a live talk with him. He is very authentic and his knowledge and experience comes shining through personal stories of life and business. His makes you want to become aware, become better at business and become better at relationships. He reaches to you as a person and encourages you to want to improve yourself and how to work better, live better. Bringing the conscious alive makes us so much aware which can lead to better business decisions, more collaborative teams and make us more effective leaders. I rave about this book so much and it applies to every aspect of every business. If you read only one book this year make it this one! I promise you will not be let down. Even better download and listen on your way to work. He will inspire you, it inspired me to apply everything I learned in this book at work and life every day.
