I am working on my masters on psychology in leadership (From Penn State University) and this book is our staple. Lucky for me it is a great read in general. It discusses all the different styles and types of leadership and addresses issues that surround leadership. I have learned so much with this one book and you will too. I learned about myself and other’s too. For all the present leaders, formal and informal, and to the future leaders this is such a helpful book. I have the actual book and the Kindle version I use it so much. My book is actually falling apart I use it so much.
I highly recommend this book for all types of businesses and leaders!
