It\u2019s what makes us unique but also what unifies us. It is such a complicated emotion that it comes in so many ways it\u2019s difficult to measure. To isolate exactly what makes us happy is difficult but it seems super easy to find what does not make us happy. Although it may not be easy to figure out what brings us happiness we all know there are benefits when we are happy. We tend to smile more, be more active and the best- we spread happiness. Happiness is contagious and I prefer to be surrounded by those who pursue happiness and do not focus on those things that do not fulfill this. Since it is unique to each of us what brings happiness it is such a benefit when we can help spread our happiness. We all get up in the morning fighting battles but that doesn\u2019t mean we have to let them be victorious over our own happiness. Each of us is in control over the happiness in our life.
