I love the sense of smell! It can trigger an old treasured memory, make me relax or times can make me happy (like when I’m cooking!). I use essential oils all the time at home and yes at work! I have a lot of individual oils where I create some of my own blends and often pick oils up at farmer’s markets and festivals to support local businesses but for my everyday go to here are some I really like.\u00a0 Now Essential Oils<\/a>\"\"<\/p>\n

Mental Focus is great when you have a deadline at work, a project or homework. I even got my husband a diffuser at work and he uses this one! Now Essential Oils<\/a>\"\"<\/p>\n

This one I use a lot at home. It smells so good and clean and really just makes the air feel better. It makes me feel a little more relaxed pretending the house is cleaner than it is, lol! Now Essential Oils<\/a>\"\"<\/p>\n

Chee<\/a>r Up, Buttercup! My favorite! I use this one the most at work and it helps my mood. I like to be happy and joyful at work and this oil does the trick. I like when my coworkers walk in with a scowl on their face then take a minute to have a good conversation and inhale some good vibes. Now Essential Oils<\/a>\"\"<\/p>\n

I also have this portable diffuser (no water) that I use at work. I also bought one for my husband, a friend and got several coworkers diffusing oils at their desk. Runs on batteries or a USB cable. So awesome!<\/p>\n

Often people come by my office to get the smell of the day and at home I almost always have a great blend diffusing. There are so many benefits it is a worthy look into. I’m sure I ‘ll be writing more soon on the topic!<\/p>\n
