It should not be allowed. If you <i>can\u2019t<\/i> do something, why? You need to figure out what the barrier is keeping you from achieving your goal. Do you need to train more, practice more, maybe you just need more time to really learn it or maybe you just need help. I often hear <i>can\u2019t<\/i>, every day in fact as I am sure you do too. We have a rule in my house; the word <i>can\u2019t<\/i> does not exist. My little\u00a0ones know we don\u2019t use <i>that word<\/i>, instead we say I need help, I haven\u2019t learned that yet or I will be able to do it soon. I know it doesn\u2019t seem like much but it is. Changing your words can change your approach to a problem you <i>can\u2019t<\/i> figure out. Push yourself to figure out how you <b>can<\/b>. Being able to expand your thought into finding more ways of how you <b>can<\/b> will help bring more positive into your life by helping you achieve more. So next time you get ready to say that nasty little word think about why and approach it. Sometimes it means you will have to admit \u2018I don\u2019t know\u2019, but that\u2019s how we really grow isn\u2019t it, learning more by being honest.
