Welcome to a brand new year! I hope everyone enjoyed their time with their loved ones over the holiday season, I sure did. As we enter a new year it is important to have a positive outlook from the start. Do not let the negative follow you into a brand new day. WE have the ability to make this year a great one as a team and as individuals. So go try something new, take a class, find a hobby or get outside, you may find this will help you think in a new way. I attached an article below to help guide on things to let go of in the new year. I wanted to point out you need to be ready to accept that not all people in your life now may follow you when you decide to make changes and it is okay. Not all of our relationships are meant to go forward, as we change and the people around us change the relationship may fade but they will always be a part of you. We all need to focus on the important things in our life and nurture them. You are in control of your life, so take charge! Do what\u2019s best for you and the best will come to you. I look forward to a new year rich with possibilities of success and improvement, I hope you do too!<\/p>\n
